- Compact kitchen: gas stove, cool box, teapot, coffee percolator
- Sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, made upon arrival
- Hot water bottles
- Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
- Terrace with gas barbecue and seating area
- Cleaning set: dishcloth, dishwashing product, sponge, garbage bag
